If you follow us on Facebook you may have seen our trips with Pedal Power lately; we’ve been loving our regular cycling sessions in the sun (and rain!) It’s been great to get everyone together for some gentle exercise, followed by a well deserved slice of cake in the cafe.
Pedal Power is a charity based in Cardiff that encourages and enables children and adults of all ages and abilities to experience the benefits of cycling (you can visit their website for more information).
We’ve run some open sessions in the past and hope to do more of these, so if you’re not already attending Elderfit classes but would like to come along and try get in touch.
