We’re pleased to share our updated class timetable, designed to help seniors maintain their fitness and well-being. The timetable includes new classes in Creigiau, Caerphilly, and Roath.
From low-impact cardio to circuits and advanced classes, there’s something for everyone in our new timetable. Our balance exercises classes are designed to help older people improve their balance and reduce their risk of falls. We use a variety of techniques, including balance poses and seated exercises, and each participant receives resistance bands.
As well as being great for physical health, our classes are a good place to meet new people and socialise whilst getting fit. If you’d like to attend a class, please give the relevant contact a call to discuss. Your first class is free!
