Bringing balance back

Hello all, Gareth and Tom here, Directors of Elderfit- an award-winning Community Interest Company that specialises in exercise for the 50+ person. Elderfit is particularly focused on maintaining strength and balance, which slowly decreases as we age due to the loss of strength and joint flexibility. This is why it's so important to keep active as you get older.

Our class participants' age ranges from 50 to 100 year olds, and brings people together from all walks of life. The sessions we run have over 1000 attending every week; not only are they great fun, but the exercises are challenging and people make new friends whilst getting fit. Learn more about our group sessions

During the COVID-19 pandemic we unfortunately had to cancel all group sessions. However, we didn't want the lockdown to stop people from being active, so we created an online platform to keep bringing our specialist exercise to you. We converted our Elderfit classes into online videos covering a wide range of techniques, balance sessions and high energy workouts that offer a challenge. This online members area is still available today allowing you to keep active and exercise whenever suits you. There's also a community forum where you can speak to other members as well as ask us any questions you may have.

Your first 2 months will be free and you can cancel anytime. We add new videos on a regular basis, so there's always something new to look forward to.

My strength and balance have improved enormously in the past few years with Elderfit. The classes are demanding but fun, with no physical after effects due to the efficient cooling down exercises.
