Our group sessions cater for all abilities and everyone is welcome. Enjoy the camaraderie of a group session and meet like-minded people, improve your fitness and health, all whilst having fun.

Your first session with us is completely FREE – so what do you have to lose? Come down, meet new friends and enjoy the feeling of achievement you will experience once your strength and balance begins to improve.

Experienced coaches

Elderfit’s experienced coaches ensure sessions are varied, regularly introducing new challenges and tailored equipment to keep the session content fresh. They also continually motivate each individual, helping them achieve their goals.

What should I wear?

We recommended you wear appropriate footwear, ideally trainers, and clothes you feel comfortable in and are not restrictive.

How much does it cost to attend a class?

Classes cost £4 a session but you can buy a block of 10 for £35. The 10 sessions do not have to be used continuously.

Do I need to pre-book?

No. Our classes are open access so you come along whenever you can.

Do I need to be referred by GP?

No. We do recommend you seek medical advice prior to attending any fitness classes but you can just turn up. We will give you a Disclaimer which will need to be read and signed before participating.

Am I in the right age category?

We have no age limits. Our sessions are catered to all ages and abilities.
