A special thankyou to those who came to our annual Elderfit Christmas party at the start of December. Getting people together is the highlight of our year, and we can’t thank you enough for contributing to the raffle, taking part in the quizzes and providing us with endless entertainment when we look back through the photobooth images!
Looking ahead to 2024, we have some exciting plans – we’ll be running our Pedal Power sessions when the weather starts getting sunnier, as well as potentially expanding our book club sessions if we have enough people interested. We also have new FAME classes starting through the year, so please get in touch with your instructor if you’d like to take part (find out more about FAME sessions)
