Elderfit are thrilled to announce the recent launch of our Bringing Balance Back: Level 1 course, which is fully endorsed by CIMSPA. This course, specifically designed for carers and professionals working with older adults, offers the opportunity to build essential knowledge in strength and balance training. After two intial successful programme deliveries at both the Ely Care Hub and St Mellons Hub, we’ve received fantastic feedback from participants who found the course highly informative and practical for their roles.
As we age, maintaining strength and balance becomes increasingly important in preventing falls and encouraging independence. Our Bringing Balance Back: Level 1 course offers a comprehensive, knowledge-based approach, providing participants with the tools to guide and support older adults.
